Praise be to Allah ,We praise Him and seek His help and His guidance ; And we seek refuge in Allah from the evils of ourselves and from the sins in our doings .Whoever Allah guides shall never be mislead , and whoever Allah misleads shall never be guided to the right way.I bear Witness that there is no god but God;I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His prophet . "O ye who believe! Fear Allah as He should be feared, and die not except in a state of Islam." "O mankind! reverence your Guardian-Lord, who created you from a single person, created, of like nature, His mate, and from them twain scattered (like seeds) countless men and women;- reverence Allah, through whom ye demand your mutual (rights), and (reverence) the wombs (That bore you): for Allah ever watches over you." " O ye who believe! Fear Allah, and (always) say a word directed to the Right: That He may make your conduct whole and sound and forgive you your sins: He that obeys Allah and His Messenger, has already attained the highest achievement." Allah is the Greatest and thank God a lot and not god but God morning and evening. "(Moses) said: "O my Lord! expand me my breast; Ease my task for me;And remove the impediment from my speech,So they may understand what I say:" "Say: "O my Lord! Let my entry be by the Gate of Truth and Honor, and likewise my exit by the Gate of Truth and Honor; and grant me from Thy Presence an authority to aid (me)." "our Lord! decide Thou between us and our people in truth, for Thou art the best to decide." "Our Lord! Pour out constancy on us and make our steps firm: Help us against those that reject faith." Dear Muslims, peace mercy and blessings on you from Allah Only using God's help I announce to the public proceeding to establish the Islamic caliphate cleared on the program of prophecy by the perfection power of God Almighty to the arbitration and distribution of law of God To lift the nation from the clutches of humiliation and shame , and take it with the help of the perfection power of God to the highest echelons of the splendor and glory and dignity, and to free our sanctities , and to verify Human equality between members of the Nation , and to reject racism and intolerance ; so all have the same rights and have the same costs , and wealth is to everyone in the nation . O sons of the ummah of Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family and companions and followers to the day of judgment) enough with the long years of deceiving which involved a lot of us , believing that the organizations and bodies established to the nation but were a conspiracy ( like the Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Conference ) will provide something useful to the nation . Dear Muslims, it is time to declare an explicit ( We are all Muslims ) and restore our dignity and our rights fully and regain our outstanding position in the world . And with God willing we will reach our legitimate goals in total peace . And this appeal includes all the sons of the Islamic State of non-Muslims .Rest and trust is assured to everyone that they will preserve their full rights and dignity. Justice and equality is for all . And we give good news to everyone that we will be pursuing the Islamic law . With God willing we will finish all the problems of the nation in all respects , and we assure sons of the nation living away from their countries that they will be covered by sponsorship and interest of their nation . And we ensure with God willing that Christians and Jews will be enabled to visit their holy places in Palestine and fulfill the performance of worship by all the security and safety. We urge all men and women to participate to establish an Islamic caliphate in their efforts, ideas and money , and to participate in the advancement of the nation , and to publish its equality under the flag of one nation . We urge specifically the owners of the scientific capacity and practicality in all areas and office holders and military cadres to offer what they have to offer the nation. God is the greatest and thank God a lot and no god but God morning and evening . Dear Muslims, The nation should start from now on motivating and unifying the ranks and prepare themselves to take to the street in peaceful efforts to eradicate traitors , and wait for the coming statements to achieve the great goal of the nation . And trusting in God Almighty alone we preach the nation soon by God willing, to the glory and dignity. And our last words shall be a prayer to thank Allah, Lord of the Worlds .
